Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and bonuss88 ("Platform", "us"). By accessing, registering, depositing funds, or using any part of the bonuss88 platform, you acknowledge that you have read this document in full and agree to comply with it.

Eligibility and Account Registration

User Account Responsibilities

• Not use another person's account or allow anyone else to use your account.

Deposits and Payment Methods

All deposits to a bonuss88 account must be made using payment methods supported by the platform. Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, as well as cryptocurrencies namely USDT, BTC and ETH.

• The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM10 for all payment methods.
• Deposited funds must originate from an account or e-wallet registered in your own name.
• bonuss88 does not accept cash payments, international bank transfers without prior approval, or any payment method not listed.
• Any attempt to deposit using an unrecognised payment method will be automatically rejected.

Fund Withdrawals

All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is RM100.
• Withdrawals will be processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on the selected payment method and third-party processing times.
• Funds must be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless specific circumstances require approval from the bonuss88 finance team.
• All applicable bonus wagering requirements must be fully met before any bonus or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• bonuss88 reserves the right to delay withdrawal requests for compliance review purposes if deemed necessary.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

All bonus and promotion offers issued by bonuss88 are subject to specified wagering requirements. Users are responsible for understanding these requirements before accepting any bonus.

Welcome Bonus: bonuss88 offers a 120% bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount received before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

• Example: If you deposit RM100, the bonus received is RM120, bringing your account balance to RM220. You must meet a wagering requirement of RM120 × 15 = RM1,800 before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Second example: A deposit of RM1,800 yields a bonus of RM1,000, a balance of RM2,800, with a wagering requirement of RM1,000 × 15 = RM15,000.
• Bonuses are valid for one use per user and cannot be transferred to another user.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses through systematic low-risk wagering or through multiple accounts will result in the cancellation of the related bonus and winnings.

The bonuss88 VIP programme provides weekly cashback to active members across five tiers: Bronze (up to 0.3%), Silver (up to 0.6%), Gold (up to 0.9%), Platinum (up to 1.2%), and Diamond (up to 1.5%). Tier progression depends on your playing activity record.

General Game Rules

All games provided on the bonuss88 platform have individual rules that must be followed. In general, the following rules apply to all game types:

• The outcome of each game is final and cannot be changed once a round is complete, unless a technical fault is confirmed by the system.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game, bonuss88 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the user.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any technical aid to influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
• bonuss88 reserves the right to review and void any wager or winnings suspected of involving fraud or exploitation of technical vulnerabilities.

Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following:

• Registering multiple accounts for one individual or one household.
• Bonus abuse through back-betting, sandbagging, or other exploitation techniques.
• Using another person's account information or a false identity during registration.

Amendments to These Terms
